Sometimes we may approve an order but it may still seems suspicious to you, we highly recommend contacting us immediately, so that we can take the necessary steps to ensure the customer is placing a legitimate order.

You agree that all the products that you would sell in our marketplace belongs to you or you are authorized person to sell on behalf of a company.

You agree that we reserve the right to change your payout schedule at any time, if we deem fit in an effort to reduce any loss to cover possible refunds.

You agree within the first 30- 90 days of selling in our marketplace, your account will be considered a level 1 beginner seller which means that you will only receive payouts after the customer received their order. If you've met all the requirements and maintained a good selling history, we will automatically review your account or you can request a manual review after 30 days and if eligible you will be promoted to a level 2 seller and will receive your payouts after the order has been shipped. Once you become a level 3 or 4 seller, you are eligible to receive payouts immediately after receiving an order, once you maintain a good reputable history of selling on our platform. Some special conditions maybe exempted from this rule if approved.

You agree by selling in our marketplace; we are required by law to report all earnings for United States sellers to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and that we will provide you with the necessary tax forms at the beginning of every tax season for the previous year to file your taxes. International sellers will also be provided with the necessary earnings statement and will be required to report their own income to their local Government tax entity.
